Can I get functionality with one earbud

Hey everyone!  I have the buds pro 2 and need some help.  I am deaf in one ear and usually just wear one but.  Is there any settings that I can have the noise cancelling and ambient noise functions work with just one earbud in?  I know I can just wear the other but my ear canal is really small in deaf ear so it's always falling out.  Any help? Have you tried the smaller tips?
I had problem with mine falling out so have smaller tip in left ear and medium in right.

I hadn't realised about the lack of functionality with one earbud until upgrading to s24u as it popped up with a warning.
I often use one bud for teams meetings so I can hear others in the office.

I do have the smallest tips it came with... Are there any third party that are smaller
