My Galaxy Watch Ultra Peak Form strap basically unravelled after a few months use. I sent it back and Samsung will only examine it for a £30 fee! It's obvious that it's failed, but they will not replace it.
I've been a Samsung customer for many years but probably not any longer. I feel this is sharp practice. A Watch strap should last a lot longer than a few months.
Very disappointed with the lack of customer service.
