As a Galaxy Buds 3 user, I want to express my appreciation for the quality and experience that your products provide. However, after using the earbuds, I would like to suggest two improvements that I believe would greatly benefit users:

  1. Displaying the exact battery percentage of the charging case
Currently, it is not possible to see the precise battery level of the Galaxy Buds 3 case, making it difficult to manage charging. A software update allowing users to view the exact percentage of the case's battery (via the Galaxy Wearable app or directly on Galaxy smartphones) would be a highly appreciated improvement.

  2. Adding an optimized charging feature to preserve battery health
As already available on Samsung smartphones and tablets, it would be highly beneficial to integrate an option that limits charging to 80% for both the earbuds and the charging case. This feature would help extend battery lifespan and improve long-term performance.

I would love to know if these features could be considered in a future update and if Samsung has plans to improve battery management for the Galaxy Buds series.

Thank you in advance for your response and for your commitment to enhancing the user experience.

Looking forward to your reply.

It is actually possible to see the exact battery % of the case. Make sure you have updated your Wearables app and setup your buds3 with it. If you're in your homescreen, whenever you open the case, it'll pop up with an animation showing both your buds and case battery %. You can also see it from the Bluetooth screen if you go into the device settings or from the wearable app.

One thing you dont seem to be able to do now is to get an individual charge level for each bud separately.

This used to be available when I used buds 2 pro with oneui6... but I am thinking it is oneui7 that has taken this function away.

You used to be able to see if there was a charge level misalignment between each bud. Now it seems only a single charge level for the buds...

@smiley I use one of widgets available by long holding down on the hone page and these show individual charging levels.

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

As far as I can see, the widgets no longer show buds left and buds right. Only buds 3 pro and buds case are shown now.

Seems to be a change for oneui7.
