Hi, I go white water kayaking and wear either a dry suit or dry top and gloves.I also have the PIN lock enabled due to using Samsung pay.
When I activate kayaking it turns on water lock. If I wear the strap comfortably during paddling my sleeve and or glove will ride under the watch a little, when this happens the watch thinks I have taken it off and engages PIN to open it.
So imagine my frustration when trying to open the watch, you can't, water mode prevents typing the PIN, needing the PIN prevents turning off water mode.
There is a workaround that I found through frustration and thats activating the emergency call feature, not ideal because you have yo be quick to cancel the call.
The way to prevent this lockout is to wear the watch tight, this comes with its own issues, ie, it gets tighter the hotter you get, it's also uncomfortable with wrist movements during paddling.
I am not sure of a fix, perhaps you can add a temporary disabling of the PIN when water mode is activated, it could also disable Samsung pay too, it's not likes it's needed on the water anyway.
