My Galaxy watch 7 ultra has now started prompting me to reset the watch about every 2-3 weeks now in order to re-establish connection back to the phone. This started happening a couple months ago. Can someone from Samsung explain why this has started happening? It is very frustrating.

Battery saver is not on, and the watch has been factory reset, 3 times today trying to resolve this.

Hi I have same issue except approximately happens every week since last SW upgrade. Tried many things but in end only a full reset solves this for a week. I backup every night so lose a day each week. A pain as never know when will happen

Same issue since last upgrade. Started happening each week then every six days, now happened after four days. Contacted Samsung support. They said no knowledge of this and explained how to restart watch as I do too often. Really losing patience with the 7 Ultra and may move to Garmin who now have similar features while more reliable

Hi from down under, I have a Watch Ultra and have the same issue of Google play asking to Reset Watch...why.. frankly I am fed up with Samsung, with a Reset as we know all apps have to be updated even if you use your backup, Google Wallet you have to reload credit card details again from my bank.
And yes all seem to happen after last major update.
So I have turn watch off and put in my drawer until next update.
Not good enough Samsung
I am done, did you have any luck, I have had to reset about 4 times in past 6 months.
