I've recently started using a Fit3 watch having switched from a Fitbit HR3.
Whilst there are lots of features I like, I am also really disappointed with the sleep tracking.
Even though I turn the sleep mode on and off using the watch, the app picks completely different times and I'm unable to manually change them like I could with the HR3.
For example, I sat quietly watching a film before going to bed, set sleep mode manually but when I checked in the morning the app had logged my sleep start time when I was watching the film.
At the weekend, I turn off sleep mode then might spend some time checking my social media or reading and the app extends my sleep time until I actually get out of bed.
With both these cases, my sleep tracking is well off and can't be used at all with any accuracy to form a basis for sleep management.
Come on Samsung, sort this out as I can't be the only person having this issue.
