Does anyone know how you can set a schedule for sleep? 5 days a week i wake at 5am but twice a week i tend to have a lie in as i am off of work how can i schedule Samsung Health to reflect this?
you can only say how many hours your aim to sleep with Samsung health. however I don't know if there would be any other sleep apps that may work better.
That is a shame. so i would have to change it daily or would that keep moving the goal posts? Apple seems to be doing a much better job with the whole Health thing now a days and can make a 7 day schedule.
