I gave a Galaxy 4 watch  and use the Samsung health app but recently it asks me to confirm the hours I went to sleep rather than showing me the chart of deep sleep, light sleep and te awake.  Really frustrating and I haven't changed how I wear my watch.  Anyone else having this issue??

The reason it's asking you is because the watch has failed to record you going to sleep make sure the sensor isn't dirty and the watch is on tight

I believe If you set up your bedtime routine it will help you to better monitor your sleep and overall health.

Also on my watch 6 I do sometimes get a reminder to atleast open the health app on the phone once a day or so for sync and to keep things running smoothly.

Also it needs atleast a weeks sleep tracking to really study your patterns
