Hi does anyone know why when I want to use Samsung Pay app it says my ID is invalid but when I login into Samsung account it's okay?

same thing. really frustrating. I was on phone with Samsung support for hours and they were of no help. they'd never heard of problem.

I have the same problem : I manage to set up samsung pay on my galaxy active 2 using my husband's Samsung phone. But when getting back to my other Android phone (not Samsung), I could not configure Samsung pay as it block with "ID doesn't exist" message when trying to connect.

I can't as I have a pixel phone. just liked being able to play with watch when out on a bike ride or run. frankly, I don't know that I'd ever buy another Samsung product. customer service is always the last to know anything. extremely frustrating
