Watch pro 5 , calls on other devices

I cannot get my fold to show as a registered device on my wearable app so i can nor use the call and text on other devices feature, I have registered both devices on my Samsung account , I have an e sim for my watch all set up , all shows as normal except when I go into the call and text app where it shows no registered devices and it will not let me register

In the remote connection it says carrier not supported. It has an O2 sim in the phone and esim for watch

if you go into wearable app, then add a new device. make sure you watch Bluetooth is on then and you phone Bluetooth on too, then it will search for your watch and follow the instructions.
if not the easy way is to reset your watch then turn back
on and follow the instructions

Watch and phone talk , I can answer phone etc.. but I can't do calls and texts remotely ,

with O2 your your phones have to be on all time to use your watch.
is your watch purchase from O2?
with the esim, on contract

No got watch direct from Samsung , set up esim all looks OK, went in shop and they said it all look correct
