#Samsung Health Monitor not working - Galaxy Watch 6

Hi,

I recently bought the #galaxy watch 6 in UAE. I have a Samsung A73 (bought in UAE) and a Note20+ (bought in UAE). When I check online, Samsung Health Monitor and services such as #ECG and #Blood Pressure should be available in UAE. But I get error that its not available in my country. @Hamidkhan: It is possible, even though you purchased your Galaxy devices in the UAE, that they are not intended for use in that region. Due to country/region restrictions in obtaining approval/registration as a medical device, the Samsung Health Monitor app only works on watches and smartphones purchased in the country/region where the service is currently available. However, the service may be restricted/unavailable when users do a factory reset of the phone or delete and re-install the Samsung Health Monitor app while traveling in non-service country/region.
