I am writing to express my concern regarding the battery performance of my Galaxy Watch 7, which I purchased just 21 days ago. Despite fully charging the watch and disabling features like WiFi, Bluetooth, and others, the battery life is extremely disappointing. Even after resetting the device twice, the battery depletes completely within 8 to 9 hours of use.
I recently visited the Samsung Customer Service center at Via Cepro 4/F in Rome, but unfortunately, I was informed that this issue is considered normal, and no assistance could be provided(In an insulting manner). I find this response highly unsatisfactory for a product of this caliber.
I kindly request that you review my situation and provide a proper resolution, as this issue has significantly impacted my experience with the product.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.
Sincerely,
Mehdi

Hi, thank you so much for your guidence.
I disabled assistant ... no chance.
I also reset the watch twice through Settings -> General -> Reset
But no chance at all...
Anyway I'll try your guidence and inform you.

@MehdiMo1978 Clearing the cache partition may help, I take it that your apps and software are up to date. There are cases where apps can have a bug which causes them to use excessive Battery.
I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

Hi, @MehdiMo1978. In addition to the sound advice that's already been offered here and in addition to what you might have already tried, have you also turned off the Always on Display on your Watch7?
To do this, please open Settings on your Watch7 or open the Wearables app on your connected phone > Display > Always On Display (toggle this off).
Doing this is likely to have a very positive impact on your battery usage.
Please let us know how you get on. 👍⌚

I want to share my experience with you guys.
I didn’t try any of the solutions mentioned above, but I finally managed to fix my watch.
I reset my watch (Settings -> General -> Reset) and paired it with another phone without using any restore options. To my surprise, I found that the problem was fixed when I paired my watch with the new phone.
Logically, this issue should be software-related, and it’s likely that one of the solutions mentioned above (Especially wipe cache) by others could resolve the problem. However, I didn’t try any of them myself because, before considering those methods, I decided to test this approach first because I had two phones, and it was easier and safer for me to confirm that the issue was purely software-related.

Thank you for posting such detailed instructions. I will see if that works for me as I didn't start having the battery drain issue on my Watch 7 until Jan 2025. Seems like the last update reversed Samsung's fix. I have turned off and made most of the suggested adjustments except the ones I use. If I turn off anything else the watch is no better than my Timex.
Thanks again for the instructions.

How did this solution hold?
Is your watch battery still ok? Or went back to the same issue after a while?
