Is it possible to get my phone calls to notify me on my watch?

I have a Galaxy S23 and a Galaxy Watch 6 Classic LTE, I am wondering if it's possible to get a notification to my watch when someone calls my phone. I get a notification afterwards saying that there was a missed call but I would like it to notify me as they're calling.

I have checked the settings and cannot for the life of me find the settings so I'm unsure if there is a setting.

I have 2 seperate sims, an E-SIM for my watch and a physical SIM in my phone, I am unsure if that makes a difference. I don't wish to answer via my watch, purely to get a notification as it's ringing.

Thanks in Advance.

@Mitch15: On your Galaxy Watch6 Classic, please head to Settings > Notifications > Show phone notifications on watch > Show alerts even when phone in use > On.

Also, on the connected phone, head to the Galaxy Wearables app > Watch settings > Notifications > App notifications > Make sure that the Phone app is toggled on.
