I am experiencing a technical issue with my Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro charging case. The case consistently displays a 97% charge level and fails to charge the earbuds. Additionally, the LED indicators on the case and earbuds do not illuminate. This issue arose yesterday after spending a day outdoors under a gazebo onto of a table while apple picking and pressing. As the earbuds are beyond their warranty period and I currently lack the financial means to purchase a replacement, I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. Any insights or suggestions, regardless of how unconventional they may seem, would be greatly appreciated. I will be contacting samung customer support too.
