Lots of background noise Buds Pro

Hi,

I have had my buds pro for just over a week now and I do really love wearing them. The sound quality is really good and the touch system is also very responsive. The biggest issue is when on a call, I can hear the person jsut fine but they complain as if I am in a rave as they can hear all the people talking in the background even though they are not talking loud. Any recommendations on how to fix this. I have tried turning ambient mode on, cleanong them and resetting them but non has worked! Please help
