Poor ANC in Buds 3 Pro

Hi. I've had the new Buds 3 pro for a few days now, I compared them with Buds 2 pro and I have two conclusions. Well, Buds 3 pro sound completely different, better. But ANC ??? Definitely a big step back. They suppress high-frequency noise much worse (for example, breaking glass or compressed air) and the overall noise level is much higher than for Buds 2 pro. I don't know what Samsung is doing, but every newer generation of equipment is worse. Is it possible to eliminate this with software and updates? I like these Buds 3 pro, only this ANC...

Hi @maszmol  There are different opinions,  personally I feel that whilst ANC is not perfect it has improved from previous version and am impressed with the enhanced sound quality.    some customers noticed  a liittle deterioration in recent software in noisy environments apparently .  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oD0tIH3bDHo

Do the fit/seal test in wearable app. I had to change the tips to get a good fit and that improved ANC for me

Any chance with trying different ear tips to see if it makes a difference 🤔

"NOISY ENVIRONMENTS APPARENTLY " - that's exactly what I meant.It's much worse here.It's terribly tiring when it stings your ears.🫣

I did a test fit. It's ok. But I also changed to larger tips which reduced the ambient noise.

The problem I'm talking about is related to ANC in high frequencies in very noisy environments. I have no complaints about the sound of the Buds 3 Pro.
