my left bud of my buds 2 pro is not working, it does not show up in the app. tried resetting, turning bluetooth off but nothing worked. This buds 2 pro are brand new out of box tho.

@Zhan qi: Please try placing both Buds in the charging case, making sure that the charging contacts on the Buds and case are in contact with each other, and are clear of foreign materials. When doing so, does the charging light turn red?
If 'Yes', take the Buds out the case after 10-15 seconds, then immediately place them in your ears
If 'No' then, with the Galaxy Buds still in the case, charge the case using the charging cable and leave the case and Galaxy Buds to charge for 10 minutes. Does the charging light turn red now?

I'm sorry to hear that your experiencing these issues. 😔
If your within your cooling off period and the other suggestions do not resolve this issue then have them replaced.
If your past the cooling off period then there's always a Samsung Service Centre.
