Scroll down to Wrist Detection and toggle this off.
Incidentally, I've just checked mine and mine is set to off.

I have a watch 6 and 7, and your issue has happened to me. But after watching the video, it reassured me of its software rather than hardware.
I'm sorry, I don't think there's a quick fix for this issue, unfortunately..
