How to claim the smart watch

I have recently received a Samsung Galaxy s20 plus on contract with EE I'm having trouble claiming the smart watch offer any help appreciated

I have made a claim but received a email asking for more information but no indication as to what they want I'm in Turkey until 7th October so can't ring them until then and it will not let me send/upload my receipt of purchase again I will ring them when I get home

Im having the exact same problem i also purchased a S20 ultra from EE and I can't process the claim either

Maybe we need to contact EE before they take the offer away

I have had the same problem, I've been on the phone all day being passed around in circles. I think they are just passing the buck as the offer expires on the 30th after which they'll tell us the date has passed and they can't help 🤷🏾‍♀️
