What permissions are needed for Smart Watch LTE to refresh in Find?

I have a Smart Watch 7 LTE, it's added to Smartthings/Find and has a working data connection.

I'm testing the Watch with Bluetooth and Wifi disconnected, I want it to work just with the 4G data connection.

I want to know exactly what apps need what permissions for Find to work (to know the location of the Watch using Find on a Samsung Phone)?

I have Bluetooth and Wi-Fi disabled, only my mobile data and location are on on the watch. I can find my watch and my phone through the Find app. The only thing I've done is install the Find app on both my watch and phone and enabled all settings when first setting it up, allowing location access all the time.
