Watch not ringing but vibrating

I recently got a Samsung watch 7. I have a Samsung s24+ phone. My notification sound works on my watch and my sound is all the way up for everything. But when I have someone call me it only vibrates. I've tried everything the internet has suggested and I have no idea what to do. I want it to ring because I have a really funny ringtone for my watch and it makes me upset that I can't hear it. Notification sounds do work btw.

Is it just that specific noise? Have you tried other sounds?

When I adjust the ringtone volume it works, my Spotify works, my notification sounds work, it's just my ringtone when it rings.

Could be wrong format, I know our phones like MP4, could be same for watch
