How to claim ear buds

Any one here able to suggest how to claim ear buds from samsung after purchasing s23 plus from ee?

@safekumi  yes as it says in the link  EarBuds are sent 15-30 days after purchase automatically . It is not a Samsung promotion.  However you would  need to have purchased the S23 Plus by 16 March as shown here https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/galaxy-s23-series/how-do-i-claim-my-free-ear-buds

EE send out any buds or promotion items automatically once the cooling off period has expired after you receive the phone. I got mine a few days ago. You will get a text informing you when they are being sent and will be delivered. Allow 2 weeks then call EE if any issues. Hope this helps
