Bud 3 pro pairing

Hi, I've just got buds 3 pro. Can pair them to phone via BT but can't put them into pairing mode so I can link it to the wearable app so I can change the settings.

Have tried most solutions but nothing 

So far worst ear buds I've owned and they're not cheap!!!

Are you saying the button on the bottom of case doesn't work?

If new, should just have to flip the case and they appear on your phone screen to pair

Yes, button doesn't work and unlike my watch nothing pops up to pair it to the app

Try opening the charging case, press and hold the button under the case for 10 seconds until the LED light starts flashing in different colors, then close the case for 3 seconds.

This should force a reset - then make sure they are charged, open the case and hopefully 🤞 they will appear on your phone screen (presume that's a Samsung) and follow instructions

It doesn't do that, beginning to think the case is faulty

Have you charged them until the LED goes from red to green on the case?

Yes, but will try putting on charge and leaving them now until tomorrow
