I also have two accounts.
Suddenly the app wasn't loading content. Don't know the reason.
Switching accounts is only an option when the app is loading everything correctly.
When only "No apps found" is displayed, the option to switch accounts isn't available.
The only option is to remove the account, so that the app loads correctly with the other account and then re-add the account.
Have been trying to change the settings of the account for which the app isn't showing anything, but haven't been able to get it to work.
