GW4 - since update Google Play Store says No Apps found

My GW4 watch had a recent update and I cleared the watch cache after updating. Since then if I open Play Store app on the watch it says " No apps found " although there are apps installed and working on the watch

Anyone got any ideas ?

I have added 2 google accounts to my GW4 Classic. For the second account, it says no apps found. For the primary/first account it works without issues.

With the second account, I can search and install apps.

Do you also have 2 accounts and have you switched to the second account?

Hi - thanks for the suggestion but I have only ever had one account

Have you alreadybtried removing the account and adding it back in?

Tried removing signing out of Samsung account and removing Google account and adding back in but still the same ! Thank you for your suggestion though - thinking maybe need to try re setting the watch

Reset the watch - downloaded a couple of apps but still getting the No Apps message ! Maybe need to wait for next update !!!

Very strange. I googled the issue and found that there are others also with this issue.

Report it via Wearable app > Contact us, if you have not done so already.
