I have added 2 google accounts to my GW4 Classic. For the second account, it says no apps found. For the primary/first account it works without issues.
With the second account, I can search and install apps.
Do you also have 2 accounts and have you switched to the second account?

Have you alreadybtried removing the account and adding it back in?

Very strange. I googled the issue and found that there are others also with this issue.
