Galaxy watch 4 manager crashing

My galaxy wearable app is frozen on a blank page and I keep getting a popup saying galaxy watch 4 manager has stopped. The update yesterday did not help, does anyone know how to fix this? It's driving me crazy!

Thanks but after the update another update arrived and it asked for the permission you stated, then I granted it but the problem continued

Dang I updated it from the galaxy store but the issue remains

My wearable watch keeps overheating and the battery only lasts a few hrs instead of of the original 3 days

Hi try the method given above or try clearing your watch & your phone's cache partition & see if that helps.
Or clear the data in the galaxy wearable app storage & see if that fixes the issue.
