Back button and Samsung pay

My Galaxy watch active 2, purchased 7/10/20. Samsung Pay keeps popping up constantly, tried rebooting it and force stop to Samsung pay and than the back button will not work now. Please advise on how to fix this.

Just something else to try. When you are on the same screen as force stop, look at storage and empty the cache (if that is available in watch settings).
Google "samsung pay keeps appearing". There are several reasons and things to try.

Just ran into the same issue on my original samsung galaxy watch active.  Hadn't done anything special with it in a month. And my back button doesn't work anymore, so I'm starting to think it's a hardware issue. Frustrating since everything else worked fine up until now, sadly I'm out of warranty.
