Ive had nothing but hassle with my watch 6, pretty much since I got it. I persevered.
It seems to over heat A LOT.
I sent it away for repair the first time and they sent me it after 3 weeks and it going missing for a week, with no repair carried out because it didn't overheat while they were looking at it.
A few months later it starts only givin me 4/5 hours out of a fully charged battery. And I have several hours of videos of the watch constantly overheating and going Into sos aeroplane mode and won't let me use it. It also burnt my wrist at one point.
Sent it back into o2 again, showed o2 the videos. Again, 2/3 weeks later was sent back with no repair.
I phoned o2 (I'm still within warranty) and ended up going a bit mental at this point. Long story short they sent me a brand new replacement watch.
Fast forward a weeks use of the new watch and it's over heated this morning!!
Wtf! I was told by an o2 shop manager it could be my tattoos messing with the sensors.
Anyone else having similar issues with the watch 6. Do I bypass o2 and go straight to Samsung? It's a week old brand new device/unit an it's overheating already.
