Anyone with issues with their buds 3?

Ok so this is the second time I've faced issues with my buds 3 since I first got a set in February with my S25 Ultra. About 2 weeks in the left bud volume dropped so low it was almost inaudible. I quickly had them replaced and the new set appeared to be functional and better than my original set I had received.

Fast forward 3 months later and I had the same issue, the left bud volume dropped off to the point it became almost inaudible. And like before, I sent them off for a quick repair. I've received my 3rd set now and like before, these sound even better than the last set I had. Fingers crossed 3rd times the charm, although I'm a fair bit sceptical now.

So if you made it this far, firstly thanks for reading and I'd like to know if anyone else has had or is having issues with their buds 3, or have I just been very unlucky?

Sorry you have had this issue @Joeeye. I haven't had any issues at all with my buds 3 pro with the audio quality. They still sound as good as the day i bought them. Hope that remains the case. 🙏🤞

I skipped the Buds3 and certainly no sound  quality issues with the Buds 3 Pro, have been very impressive overall.  Hopefully more successful this time.

Curious if it is a hardware issue or if the chamber get clogged underneath the netting easily. When they were sent off, did they provide any reason, or did they just replace them?

Hopefully this time all goes well

The first time, I don't recall them stating what the issue was. This latest one, it states the bud didn't power on.

My one thing with Samsung I'm not too happy with is the earbuds, sadly. I've also had horrible experiences to the point that I avoid them unless gifted. I had the Buds Live—they refused to charge after a few months; Buds FE—one side died; Buds 2 Pro—one side died too; and I had the Buds 3 but lost them...my bad that time..... its a running joke with audio as my brother experienced the same with the FEs and 2 pro.

I actually had a good experience with most Samsung buds, my buds live is actually one of my favourite and still works today. My buds+ sadly has one bud which won't charge and both my buds pro are working great. It's really these buds 3 that have given me the most grief.

I weirdly loved the design of the buds live, seemed to fit me perfectly.

Hopefully- youre all sorted now 🙏

I had the same problem with my Buds 2; I had them replaced twice, then they died again, so I gave up. However, I did get the Buds 3 Pro for free in February, and I haven't had any problems yet.
