Galaxy watch 4 and wearables app notifications

Just recently some apps are not vibrating through to the galaxy watch 4.  Normal sms messages on both google messages and Samsung messages.  The notification light shows up in the left but no vibration or sound for that app.  It's the only app that will do this.  It was working fine up until 3 weeks ago.  I have tried a factory reset on the watch.  Nothing has changed in app notifications in the wearable app.  All other notifications work fine.

Not same issue.  This is for the messaging for the cell phone provider.  Sms Features.  Samsung and google messaging not working.  Watch is not receiving vibration alerts. The notification for is still showing but no vibration

If its only text messages it is not vibrating for. You could go into the wear app, click the 3 lines. Press the settings cog > contact us. Send an error to the developers. Could be a bug that needs a fix.

Not getting error message.  Like I stated.  All other notifications show up with blue dot  on left and vibrate the watch.  But message sms from cell phone provider only gives blue dot.  No vibration.  This just started happening about 3 weeks ago

Yes, it could be a software bug. As it's only messages you are not getting sound and vibrations for. If all settings are correct to receive notifications for both messaging apps. You should be getting sound and vibration. So to send an error report to the developers to make them aware of your issue. Follow the steps I mentioned in the wearable app. As it could be down to a software bug that developers may need to fix.
