Why can't I enter my Smartring size on the order page?

Why can't I enter my pre-ordered smart ring size on the order page, logged in or as a guest? I have the sizing kit and have found the appropriate sized ring.

What is happening exactly? Have you selected "I know my ring size"?

Good afternoon, @GGRF. Are you still experiencing this issue of adding your Ring size or has it been resolved? Please let me know if you require further assistance.

No,. I received an auto email with a link to the same place, with instructions to exactly what I had previously done. I suspect the follow up email was the trigger. Until that arrives one is in limbo. Once the email arrives you have 14 days or they cancel the order.

Yeah I received it a day ago but I contacted the support and they managed to input the size for me
