Consent to Share Samsung Health Data

Hello,

Yesterday, I received a notification on my Galaxy Watch, that is requiring me to consent to sharing my health data. There is no option to decline; only to Agree or Erase My Data.

Why? Who are you selling the information to and why? 

I intend to throw this watch away and find a new option. This is unacceptable.
