Why can't I add apps to the tiles menu?

I've downloaded lots of apps to my watch 7, to view I've to swipe up and search each app. Be great if I could select an app and add as a tile, allowing me quick access.

Surely if I can swipe up to access the app, I can swipe right and add as a tile.

Wear app then tiles. Some apps have tiles you can add.

You're right, unfortunately the one I want and many others doesn't allow this option. Seems odd that it's basically the same function as adding the Internet browser as a tile, a shortcut would be sufficient

Why not simply add the ability to have the app as a tile, which is the same as clicking on the app.

Same here! Very frustrating. I have the same watch that was bought recently.

Not compatible to Samsung Watch 7. Unfortunately.

Search for wear os toolset in the play store and it will add the option for that exact tile they suggested and a few more for free, if you haven't already found that. I think you have to pay to be able to use any of the actual complications but the tiles seem to work without paying for it.
