Buds pro 2 ear infection

Hi just wondering if anyone else has experienced sore / itchy ears after using the buds 2 pro, used them for about two maybe 3 hours and my ears started to become irittated. I didn't think much of it at first and then they became itchy. Put them in a day later and within 30 mins the iritation and itchines was back. There is slight crusting on my left ear although my right ear is the one that's irittated the most. 

Any feedback would be great.

I have only just started trying the new tips so I'll give it a try, maybe I'll have to try others. I have noticed the buds pro2 seem too big to put in comfortably even with the smallest tips so that could be an issue. I suspect the sound in the B&O and Bose will be the best you can get but they are usually beyond most people's pockets. I do like good quality sound and the buds2 pro do have good sound and quite loud too but I might be in the market for some B&O buds if the irritation continues. Best Regards

I had this problem a few years ago with the Buds Pro 1. I had the Live buds prior and wore them daily for hours without issue. I wanted to upgrade and immediately regretted it. A week into having my Buds Pro, my ear started to crust, itch, and leak clear fluid. It took a few weeks for me to make the connection between the two. I cleaned my buds frequently, so I didn’t think it could possibly be the buds. Anyways, I contacted Samsung Support via phone and they seemed fairly aware of the situation. They asked me to send the original receipt, any medical bills for treatment (I didn’t see a specialist, so I didn’t send this), and the headphones. I was reimbursed fully for the headphones and went back to my Galaxy Live buds. I have had these since mid 2021 and have had 0 issue. I’m not sure how Samsung handles this situation with the Buds Pro 2, but I was in awe of Samsung at the time.
