I had this problem a few years ago with the Buds Pro 1. I had the Live buds prior and wore them daily for hours without issue. I wanted to upgrade and immediately regretted it. A week into having my Buds Pro, my ear started to crust, itch, and leak clear fluid. It took a few weeks for me to make the connection between the two. I cleaned my buds frequently, so I didn’t think it could possibly be the buds. Anyways, I contacted Samsung Support via phone and they seemed fairly aware of the situation. They asked me to send the original receipt, any medical bills for treatment (I didn’t see a specialist, so I didn’t send this), and the headphones. I was reimbursed fully for the headphones and went back to my Galaxy Live buds. I have had these since mid 2021 and have had 0 issue. I’m not sure how Samsung handles this situation with the Buds Pro 2, but I was in awe of Samsung at the time.
