ear irritation and pain earbuds fe

been wearing earbud fe for some time but i get ear pain after wearing them 30 minutes ear irritation even my left ear feels like in got a bit engulfed i can no longer wear them confidently as im not feeling it's safe to wear anymore. Had wearing them in the train and got loads of pain pounding pain pain-screeching ones . now whenever i wear them i get this ear irritation don't know what the heck this is but something off with these earbuds and i want to avoid an ear infection or at least a serious ear infection to come to pass.

This seems to be an ongoing problem. I got the same thing with my Buds Pro. Is the next generation of Buds going to fix this? I changed to Sony Buds and have had no problems since.

We are not aware of any known issues regarding the quality of the Buds. We do our best to make our Buds suitable to all, however, we all have different ear types. Do you still have your Buds Pro?

Yes I still have my Buds. I don't think it is anything to do with quality. If you search for 'galaxy buds ear infection' you get loads of reports of this problem. For example

Hi.

Try swapping the buds tips to maybe a smaller version.

Sometimes our ears maynot be the same. So play around with different tips for each ear.

I prefer over ear ones vs in ear ones if if they are bulky.

Some of us are not built for the buds 🙂

Mine gives me terrible inflammation. My ears are very painful, flaky and oozing fluid. Can I get a refund or replacement for this?
