I have a new buds+ (SM-R-175) but not being able to use with my new dell laptop. I have carried out numerous attempt using various path but refused to show up on my laptop. I have sought Samsung help online but they are hopeless only pointing out to the Samsung centre. They refused to run a remote check for fault.
Any tips /help would be appreciated.
