Ear buds plus

Hi all, I have a problem pairing my Ears buds plus to my new phone but believe they still could be connected to my old phone in which I do not have anymore, is there a way to factory reset them please ? I have tried to reset them

The buds should go into pairing mode as soon as you open the charging box. Try pushing down lightly on both buds then scan for devices with your phone. That should.do it.

Thanks but I have just tried this and nothing happens, the green light just stays green and thats it

Have you run the diagnostic in this app. Perhaps there's a Bluetooth fault.

I can connect to other devices but not my buds

Try this link, I've just checked it out on mine and reinstalled them. It may help, I can't think of anything else except a fault if this doesn't work.

See the video, did try but still no luck, maybe they are faulty after all the green light just stays green and get nothing at all, thankyou so much for your help anyways
