My wife bought me a Samsung galaxy 46mm watch middle of May for our anniversary.

After taking the watch off the charger I noticed what I thought was a hair, on further inspection It was a crack.

The watch hasn't been treated roughly or anything of the sort, it's either been on my wrist or on the charger.

I have read that the chargers can over heat causing this problem.

The watch was bought the watch from curry's but they are unwilling to help with this issue.

Im a little but worried about wearing it at the moment just incase I'm sweating and it damages the watch.

Where do I go from here?

Many thanks

Mark

Back to Curry's, quoting Sale of Goods Act. If, as you suspect, this is a manufacturing fault, your "contract" is with the vendor, not the manufacturer. If they still aren't interested, contact your local Trading Standards Office of your local council.
