Since I installed the 6.0 watch update this morning, I've noticed my battery is losing power quicker. From looking on the Playstore, there are folks complaining about the app Health Platform may be causing battery drain?. (I have a Watch 6 Classic)

Thoughts??

Sometimes after a large software update such as that one.
It may go into a usage learning cycle that may last a couple of days. Should settle after this.
Try turning off the watch and restarting it in case any app has an issue

Thanks for replying.

I've done the restart.

I'll keep an eye on it. I forgot about the usage learning cycle.

Many thanks. 👍

Don't forget you can also wipe the cache partition on your watch too. Just look up a you tube video on how to wipe cache partition on the watch 6 classic.

I've updated and have number of issues now. Battery life is horrendous watch 6 44mm. I used to finish the day with 80 percent remaining. Now I'm I'm 40s.

phone keeps disconnecting from watch.

Charging issues. It drains whilst on charge. How does that work ?

I have a Samsung Galaxy watch 6 I just updated to ui6 a week ago, my battery life is absolutely horrendous I can't even make it through a day, I've cleared the cashe partition multiple times, I've restarted the watch multiple times ,all the settings are exactly where they were before the update, power saving is on and almost all features are turned off including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and location..... extremely disappointed and frustrated, I have a hard time believing that these updates are not real world tested.

Same for me. Updated to UI 6 and struggle to get through a day on a single charge. Certainly can't wear overnight to make use of the energy score.

This happened to me once before. I realized it was the smart things app that was the problem. I deleted it and my issues was fixed. NOW, with this new update I have the same issue where my watch gets hot, disconnects and dies in like an hours. very frustrating.

Same issue.. can't even report this issue from the Wear app on the phone as it default to creating an error for the phone. Poor all round on this one Sammy!
