Allergic reactions to Buds Pro - What's happening?

Like many others, I cannot wear my Buds Pro after having allergic reactions after only minutes of use. I haven't worn mine for two weeks while waiting for ears to heal. Tested again last night with no more than 10 minutes wear - ears are itching, burning, leaking/discharging fluid. Not only can they not be used, but I suspect these are potentially dangerous.
 
 On threads I have read this morning while researching this issue, I notice that Samsung get in touch with members with same problem and then there is no follow-up.
 
 What is the outcome for users that have been in touch with Samsung?

I do not get this issue with the previous galaxy buds or any other in-ear headphones I've ever had. This is specific to the Buds Pro.

I dont have sensitive skin never had problems wearing the watch never had problems with last headphones i had with my note 9.

Clearly some highly toxic chemical in them that shouldn't be, Samsung should recall the lot and replace them asap

Thanks for this. I wonder if it's the acrylate? I've certainly never had a reaction to anything like this before. Sent a message to Sam_UK but no response as yet.

You are welcome, i think only a small percentage of buds pro users are facing this problem comparing to the majority of users including me to whom they are perfectly fine(until now). So i dont know whether you will be getting any positive reply from Samsung other than their reply mentioned in the article above. Good luck anyways and hope it gets sorted

I have no allergies, no sensitive skin, no previous reactions to any headphones...yet I had the same serious reaction. So yes, I do expect samsung to do something
