I've 100% had a reaction from my galaxy bud pros. I've got itchy, flaky ears plus fluid. It's super uncomfortable and extremely annoying as I've paid for these! I don't have an allergy to nickel. Is there anything that can be done?

1st thing are the buds clean ?? As once they are in, they create a perfect breeding ground as its nice and warm and dark.
Make sure your ears are "clean' as there could be something there that likes dark warm places.

As already stated earlier buds should be cleaned regularly and I always make a point of cleaning before first use as you have no idea what's been on them. I use alcohol wipes.

There are different types of ear buds available from ebay, Amazon. A few seem to prefer memory foam tips.

Yes, all clean and I've changed the buds to memory foam tips with no change 😞 I've done some research and I've heard the buds are causing nickel allergies, which I have never had before. Does anyone know how I can get in touch with Samsung about this?

I don't think it's causing nickel allergies but more of a case you have a nickel allergy

That's like saying I don't have hay-fever because I have never had it before and I am 50

It is possible you have just developed a nickel allergy or you have sensitivity to the rubber of the buds

I've had a couple of nasty infections after wearing the buds for prolonged periods and have read a few others with similar issues. From what I have read some people have reactions to the silicone tips, others to ingredients in stainless steel and I think the buds 2 pro are much thicker than a lot of others so forcing them in and out may cause issues as ears can be very sensitive. The following article on Samsung website might help https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/wearing-the-galaxy-buds/?&modelCode=SM-G998BZKHEUA...

I have cleaned my earbuds pro several time and I get the same symptoms. Can something be done about this. Will samsung make tips that are made of plastic?

I am 59 and I never had nickel allergy before. However if I have one now I believe it directly linked to my use of Samsung earbuds pro
