Hi members,

When I do a few measurements in a row to check body composition with my watch 5, I noted some differences in the percentage of lean/fat mass.

For example using always the same weight of 70 kg, at the same time 8:38 am of today, my fat percentage ranges from 11.4,%, 12% up to 12.7% and 12,%.

Obviously I was in the excat same position for all 5 measurements I had.

Any idea how this is so innacurate? Any improvement?

Thank you

That used to happen with my fitbit scale. Tbh I don't think anything could actually be accurate unless à surgeon was to cut the fat out and weigh it 😜

I'd take af ew readings and just go with the average really. They're pretty similar. My scale used to give some rediculously different readings

Thank you Danny!
This is what I am doing now.
I believe it is quite normal for a watch to be slightly inaccurate when measuring the body composition. Thank you fornyou answer 😊
