I've 100% had a reaction from my galaxy bud pros. I've got itchy, flaky ears plus fluid. It's super uncomfortable and extremely annoying as I've paid for these! I don't have an allergy to nickel. Is there anything that can be done?

Can someone stop deflecting the problem away from the earbuds pro. Samsung needs to address the irritation their product is causing.

I have also been having the same issue.  I have changed the tips out and cleaned the earbuds many, many times.  That is 100% not the issue.  I've worn my old pair of galaxy earbuds for hours and hours with 0 problems.  I have been contacting Samsung almost daily since August about getting a refund and returning my earbuds with 0 help.  I have used Samsung products for years and I would expect them to do the right thing and refund customers who are allergic to their product.

I have to add my voice to this. Buds pro 2 have given me several ear infections since I got them. I gave them a break for 6 months but tried again today and after 30 mins of wear, my ears are seeping. These things are toxic, Samsun need to provide answers for this. Check posts on Reddit, 100's if not 1,000's of people have suffered from this.

Thank god I found this thread. After months of cleaning my buds, using eardrops and vaseline in my ears I now know I got to stop using my buds. Got mine free with my S23 so can't get a refund but at least I haven't spent a small fortune on the memory foam tips. My poor ears are in such a state, itching, leakage and flakey skin.  Shame on you Samsung for ignoring the problem and not making us more aware of this ongoing issue with your buds!

Glad i came here as I'm experiencing the same. Itchy, crusty ears and liquid (clear, no smell)

And no, don't start withme by saying it should be clean blahblah.

It's new, got it last March. Before i even used it, i went ahead, cleaned it - but still 🤷🏻‍♀️

I never really thought it's the buds, but whatever else then?

No, it's not from prolonged usage either as i just used it to listen to my mock exams for an hour max.

Is it the silicone I'm allergic to?🤔

Possibly @Nachobits🤔 There's more info on the materials used here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/wearing-the-galaxy-buds/
