No, it's a job for an engineer to fix. Hopefully the TV is under warranty still so all it will cost is a few phone calls and some time

Poor quality control done on backlight. Probably nothing short of new piece will fix that.

No I still have warranty. I already called to get it fixed.

I am also wondering the same thing i have the same problem. And my tv is out of warranty.
