We bought the Samsung qled 65 inch on Black Friday from Best Buy. We are going on our 2nd tv replacement with this same issue. White dots/lines appear on the top left of the screen. This picture is paused on a movie we were watching. But usually happens when the black strip meets the tv picture. We have done the self diagnosis but it didn’t help as it only appears when the screen is dark because then the bright white dots/lines appear. This tv is the replacement for the other one and has the very same issue. Issue started as soon as it turned on. Any advice on what it is and how it can be resolved would be appreciated. It’s getting annoying that we paid so much for this TV and having problems with it, not once but twice now. Thank you.!
