Weird on screen remote

My tv is recently got a weird on screen remote that controls the tv by itself, which prevents me from using it. My remote works but the on screen remote that i couldnt access overrides everything.

Have you ever allowed remote access to your tv ?

Do you have a regular Samsung remote ?

You could try and reset the TV.

With the TV off you have to press " Info + menu + mute + power " to get into service mode.

You press "option " and then , this sub menu shows. Then, you select "factory reset " and power off the TV .
