Hi I wanted to know if there is a voice activated TV that allows you to change channels and volume without having to press any buttons. This is for a person who can only communicate using their voice and do not have the ability to use a remote control.

It does appear that such Televisions exist @Rons10 

 

From Samsung smart-tv-voice-recognition-faq. 

 

And sites such as https://www.currys.co.uk/gbuk/samsung-f8000-1322-commercial. which is a Uk site Samsung Tv's such as the Samsung F8000 LED TV have this option although this model now appears not for sale.

 

I would suggest to speak direct with your local Samsung Experience Store if you have them where you reside or speak to your countries Samsung Support Department or a Google Search may yield results.
