I have not found any solutions to set up a one-click solution to switch between optical and hdmi sound outputs, so I activated bixby to see whether it can be done with voice commands.
I can change to optical with the prompt "switch to optical audio", but this prompt does not work to switch back to HDMI. I have tried "switch to HDMI audio / HDMI arc / arc, but none of these seem to work.
Does anyone have any suggestion what prompt I should use?
