Hi Voice guide is activated on my TV, however when I go into setting s to turn it off it is greyed out!!! Can anyone please advise why? I have checked and double checked and it is voice guide in accessibility settings I am trying to turn off second option down.
Sometimes it depends on what source your watching through, is it on YouTube/netflix, samsung tv, or your broadband provider tv channels, took me a while to figure it out, change your source and try again, goodluck.
